Aluminum foil conductive shielding tape

Product introduction：

Aluminum foil tape is based on aluminum foil which one side is coated with a special conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive and another side is Matt anti fingerprint coating(or PET layer), it has good shading and conductive properties

Product feature:

• heavy industry, black conductive acrylic adhesive with low residual glue

• provide release paper, easily die cutting

• black glue can effectively reduce the side light leakage

• no halogen

Application technology:

Ø1、Ideal tape applications temperature ranges from 70 °Fto 100 °F(21 °C to 38 °C). It is not recommended that the initial adhesive tape is applied on the surface at temperatures below 50 F (10 °C ) because the surface of the adhesive is very hard.However, once applied correctly, the low temperature remains satisfactory.

Ø 2、Optimum storage conditions and environment：temperature 15-28°C ,humidity 40%-70%.Shelf life is generally six months.

Product application:

Often used for shading and electrical conductivity applications, from base to back lining, and need to be insulated at the top of foil. Combination of LCD border, light shield, ground and EMI shielding are typical applications, and can be used for fixed PCB or cable
